Sarah has personally experienced the devastation that can occur when a loved one’s health changes, as her own mother was permanently disabled at age 36; this has impacted her family emotionally, financially and physically for over the last 20 years.  She has dedicated her career to educating people of these risks and providing solutions to Canadian’s to ensure security, independence and freedom.

As well, she has 10 years experience working as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.  In her experience not only has she taught her participants the importance of fitness and nutrition but has taught other trainers how to teach.

In addition, Sarah has recently written a book called “Be Perfect or Be Happy.”  This book was inspired by Sarah’s mother who ended up in a wheelchair while on her quest to be everything to everyone.  The purpose of Sarah’s book is to share her own story and provide a step by step process on how to get out of a destructive cycle of perfectionism into a world of freedom, acceptance and happiness with ones self and others.
