Robyn H. Latchman CFP, CLU., EPC

Robyn has more than 15 years experience providing financial planning and offering various insurance solutions for her clients and their families. 

Robyn received her interior design diploma in 1984.  She was one of the first in Canada to receive the ‘National Certification of Interior Design Qualification’ (NCIDQ), and was a member of the ‘Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario’ (ARIDO).

Ten years later she began her career in the financial services industry, following in her Fathers footsteps.  It was during that time that she successfully completed all of the requirements to become a life insurance agent.  Her on-going commitment to continuing education led her to complete the ‘Life Underwriters Training Course’ (1997).  Robyn then went on to complete her mutual fund training course (1998), enabling her to expand the investment products that she could make available to the public.  She enjoys chartered member status in the Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies and she was one of the first in Canada to receive the designation-EPC.  In April 2009, she obtained her Certified Life Underwriter’s designation-CLU. 

Robyn is a member of the Financial Advisors Association of Canada (ADVOCIS) and in 2005 she augmented her technical expertise by becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).   

Since the early 1990’s, Robyn has been successfully providing professional advice in employee benefits, financial planning, investment funds and insurance products to her constantly growing group of clients. 

Today, Robyn develops and manages Latchman Insurance Brokers Limited where she focuses on group life and health benefits, estate planning, business continuation, succession planning and retirement planning.
