Paul Newbigging, Funeral Director Paul has been a licensed funeral director since his graduation from Humber College in 1988. Prior to joining the Humphrey- Miles family he was the Owner and President of the Newbigging Funeral Home. As a resident of Leaside since 1969, he has been extensively involved in the community, including Treasurer of the South Eglinton Residents and Ratepayers Associated (SERRA), a sitting member of the Toronto Police Services Community Liaison 53 Division and is a long time member of Northlea United Church.
Paul is also a Director and Past Chair
of the Christian Children's Fund of Canada and a member of
Childfund Alliance. Paul currently serves as the Vice Chair of
the Alliance and travels extensively in Central and South America,
Asia, New Zealand and Europe, overseeing the work of the Alliance
in 54 countries, effecting the daily health and welfare of 650,000
of the world’s most vulnerable children.
