Attendees will hear about helping to design lives for elder clients and their families through planning focused sessions delivered by a variety of speakers from different disciplines. 

They will learn about the importance of planning, what's included, stress testing it periodically and building solutions that support those plans. 

Attendees will also walk away with an appreciation of how different aspects of planning provided by different specialists can and need to work together to support the needs and goals of an aging society; in other words, planning by design.

If you provide products, services or concepts that would appeal to our aging landscape, or if you just want exposure in the "aging" market, then this is the conference that you should be a part of. 

These conferences have been attended by Financial Advisors, Healthcare workers & other Professionals in addition to the general public who are looking for information and ideas on how to deal with elder issues for their aging clients, prospects, patients and customers. 

2023 National Elder Planning Issues Conference Sponsorship Opportunity

As a sponsor of this event, your company will get the visibility that it deserves and send the message that you are associated with and want to do business with elder markets. All sponsors will have their company logo and contact information on all the marketing materials that are distributed to promote the June 2023 National Elder Planning Issues Conference website as well as inclusion on the EPIC website and during the actual EPIC program.

Your fee for sponsorship will be $600.00 + taxes per location, or $1800 + tax for all 4 locations. If you choose all 4 locations and cannot have representation there, you can provide some marketing materials that we will give out to the attendees for you on your behalf. 

In exchange for your sponsorship: 

• You will have an 8 ft skirted table with chairs

• You can submit an advertisement 4 3/4" wide x 7 3/4" tall in colour for our EPIC program that all attendees will receive. Please send this to me in pdf format.

• You will receive the opportunity to give a short "elevator" talk on what you and your company does if you are in attendance.  

• You will get business exposure and a chance to connect with new relationships.

• You will be featured on our EPIC website and in all marketing materials that are distributed.

• You will also receive a listing of all the attendees after the conference, so that you can follow up with them.

If you or your company want to advertise and market successfully today, then do so with our aging Canadians, by being involved with a conference and company that specializes aging knowledge.

Please contact alex@cieps.com with your sponsorship intent and which locations you will be sponsoring as soon as possible, so that we can get you on the EPIC conference site and in our marketing materials.  Remember all 4 locations are only $1800 + taxes to sponsor, or individually at $600 + tax per location.

If we feel the attendance is not where it should be to give you a return on your investment, and we need to cancel or re-schedule them, we will adjust your sponsor commitment accordingly. Thank you for your continued support.
